Admissions

- Notice regarding online submission of registration forms is uploaded on the school’s website.
- Admission in classes other than Nursery or newly formed divisions is subject to the vacancies.
- The minimum age criteria for Nursery is 3 years as on 30th September of the year of admission.
- All new applicants seeking admission in Nursery must produce satisfactory evidence of their date of birth, such as a certificate from Municipal or Village records, along with the admission form.
- All new applicants seeking admission in primary, secondary, or junior college must submit an original TC/LC, report card of the previous class (Xerox), UDISE ID, and Aadhaar card.
- Student ID and UDISE Number must be cited on the Original School Leaving Certificate issued by the previous school (for classes II and above).
- Application forms are to be filled in and submitted to the Administrative office within two working days from the issue of the form.
- Admission to Nursery & Preparatory will be through Observation/Interaction. This will be held on the same day, and both parents should be present. The date and timings will be intimated at the time of submission of the registration form.
- Students of Classes I to V will be assessed on the basis of an interview.
- There will be a written test for students seeking admission to Classes VI to IX.
Documents required at registration:
- Duly Filled and signed Registration Form.
- Passport size photographs of the child.
- Proof of Date of Birth (Original Birth Certificate or Transfer Certificate).
- Transport Form (if school transport is needed).
- Photocopy of the marks sheet of the previous class.
- Photocopy of Vaccination card (attested).
- Incomplete Registration Forms will be rejected.
- Your ward should come to school regularly and on time.
- Students should be neatly and properly dressed as per the school norms.
- Students should be regular in their homework.
- Remarks made by the teacher should be read thoroughly and duly signed by the parent.
- A leave application should be sent in case your ward is absent.
- Your ward should have respect for school property; any damage done will be fined.
- Parents are not allowed to visit their ward or teacher in the classroom while the class is in progress.
- Students are not entitled to a re-test if they remain absent on an exam day or unit test.
- Wearing any type of jewelry or accessories is not permitted.
- Attending school parent-teacher meetings is compulsory.
- Parents/guardians are requested to intimate the school of any change in their address.
- If the report card or school fee booklet is lost, a duplicate will be issued at the cost of Rs 100/-.
- Withdrawal of your ward from classes for mere social functions is not recommended.
